Introduction

The FIFA Legal & Compliance Division is based in Miami, USA, and offers a Helpdesk service for all user questions and requests.

How to contact us

The fastest way for TMS users to receive support is to open a new Helpdesk ticket through the support portal and complete all required fields as accurately as possible.

Once your request is submitted, a Helpdesk ticket will be created, and you will receive an email notification with your ticket reference number. Your request will then be redirected to the responsible team.

Non-TMS users can also contact us by email at the following addresses:

Please make sure the relevant email address is included in the "To" field. Emails sent with tmshelpdesk@fifa.org or regulatory@fifa.org only in the CC field will not generate a Helpdesk ticket.

Support is provided from 08:30 to 17:00 (Miami time), Monday to Friday, except applicable public holidays.

Support requests can be submitted in English, French or Spanish.

The notification will include:

  • the Helpdesk ticket reference number
  • the requester's details
  • the subject of the request

For requests received outside business hours, the response time starts when business hours resume.

What we need from you

To help us handle your request as efficiently as possible, please:

  • submit your request in English, French or Spanish
  • describe the issue clearly
  • provide as much relevant information as possible
  • include supporting documentation where necessary
  • respond promptly if we ask for additional information
  • mention your Helpdesk ticket number in any follow-up
  • contact the TMS Helpdesk again if the response does not fully answer your request

If you are not satisfied with the support received

If you are not satisfied with the level of service for a request, please email the Helpdesk and include:
