Introduction
The FIFA Legal & Compliance Division is based in Miami, USA, and offers a Helpdesk service for all user questions and requests.
How to contact us
The fastest way for TMS users to receive support is to open a new Helpdesk ticket through the support portal and complete all required fields as accurately as possible.
Once your request is submitted, a Helpdesk ticket will be created, and you will receive an email notification with your ticket reference number. Your request will then be redirected to the responsible team.
Non-TMS users can also contact us by email at the following addresses:
- tmshelpdesk@fifa.org – for technical assistance and guidance about TMS-related topics
- regulatory@fifa.org – for legal or regulatory enquiries about FIFA regulations
Please make sure the relevant email address is included in the "To" field. Emails sent with tmshelpdesk@fifa.org or regulatory@fifa.org only in the CC field will not generate a Helpdesk ticket.

Support is provided from 08:30 to 17:00 (Miami time), Monday to Friday, except applicable public holidays.
Support requests can be submitted in English, French or Spanish.
