When a contract offer can be challenged
The new club (engaging club) may challenge the validity of a contract offer submitted by a training club.
The EPP review process lasts 15 days and all information is subject to FIFA’s approval.
Submit the challenge
To submit a challenge to a contract offer, click on the three dots and select the relevant option.
The “Challenge of the contract offer” window appears, where you can submit the challenge. Click “Save” to submit the challenge.
What happens next
Once submitted, the contract offer challenge will appear under the relevant line in the EPP.
The EPP’s status will continue to show as “Review” until the EPP review process is complete. The contract offer challenge will be evaluated by the FIFA general secretariat during the EPP validation and determination process. Where a matter of legal or factual complexity is identified by the FIFA general secretariat, the EPP may be referred to the DRC for decision.
