When a waiver can be challenged
A training club may challenge the validity of a waiver submitted by the new club for the period during which the player was registered with the training club.
The EPP review process lasts 15 days and all information is subject to FIFA’s approval.
Submit the challenge
To submit a challenge to a waiver, click on the three dots and select the relevant option.
The “Upload waiver challenge” window appears, where you can submit the challenge. Click “Save” to submit the challenge.
What happens next
Once submitted, the waiver challenge will appear under the relevant line in the EPP. The EPP’s status will continue to show as “Review” until the EPP review process is complete. The waiver challenge will be evaluated by the FIFA general secretariat during the EPP validation and determination process. Where a matter of legal or factual complexity is identified by the FIFA general secretariat, the EPP may be referred to the DRC for decision.
