Dear Association TMS user,

To support your association and affiliated clubs throughout the registration period, please find below a few key reminders and best practices.

Best practices for managing loans

Kindly remind your clubs to process loans in TMS in a timely manner once the loan period has ended. An open loan that is not properly closed continues to count towards the general loan cap and the club-to-club loan cap, which may prevent your clubs from registering further loan transfers during the window.

For open loans where the end date has passed, the Association Task Manager will show the transfer under the "Loans" category as "To process". Member Associations must contact their clubs to ensure the appropriate action is taken in TMS to reflect the subsequent movement of the player.

For more guidance, please refer to our article on loans.

Best practices when submitting user requests

To avoid delays in the review of new TMS user activation requests, please keep the following in mind:

  • Use a personal business email address only, shared or general email addresses are not accepted.
  • Select the correct organisation and perform a search before adding a new club to avoid creating duplicate entries.
  • Upload valid proof of identity in PDF format showing photograph, full name, nationality, date of birth and signature.

For more guidance, please refer to our article on requirements to be a TMS user.
