Dear Association TMS user, To support your association and affiliated clubs throughout the registration period, please find below a few key reminders and best practices. |
Best practices for managing loansKindly remind your clubs to process loans in TMS in a timely manner once the loan period has ended. An open loan that is not properly closed continues to count towards the general loan cap and the club-to-club loan cap, which may prevent your clubs from registering further loan transfers during the window. |

Special support during the peak registration periodTo ensure you receive timely support during the registration period, the TMS Helpdesk will be available by email at TMShelpdesk@fifa.org and by phone at +41 43 222 54 00 from Monday 31 August to Friday 4 September 2026, from 09:00 to 18:00 CEST. Additionally, special support via email and phone will be offered on Tuesday 1 September till midnight CEST. Support hours and channels to contact us are available in the Help Centre. |
Season, competition and registration period dates in TMSIn accordance with the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP), we remind your association to enter the next season, competition and registration period dates in TMS. For more guidance, please refer to our article on registration periods. Please note that failure to complete these actions may result in an administrative sanction procedure (ASP) as stipulated under art. 17 of Annexe 3 to the RSTP. |
