23 Jul 2026 Published 24 Aug 2026

[Sent to all TMS users on 23 July 2026]

Dear all,

We wish to inform you that fraudulent emails impersonating FIFA are currently in circulation, sent from compliance@ fifacms.com and info@ fifacms.com. These addresses do not belong to FIFA and any emails received from them should be disregarded.

We kindly ask all TMS users to remain vigilant and to check the originating email address of any communication claiming to be from FIFA before taking any action.

As a general reminder of good practice:

  • All official communications from FIFA are sent exclusively from the @fifa.org or @tms.fifa.org domains. Please always check the sender's email address.
  • FIFA will never ask you to share your password.
  • Do not click on any links or open any attachments from senders you do not recognise or trust.

If you receive a suspicious message or have any doubts about the authenticity of communication, please contact the TMS Helpdesk without delay at TMShelpdesk@fifa.org.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

Kind regards,

TMS Helpdesk
